Do you want to grow as an entrepreneur, do you have a good growth issue within your company and do you want to discuss this with experienced entrepreneurs from the north? Then you've come to the right place with the Entrepreneur Mentoring Support (EMS) program.

Why EMS?‍

Sometimes you know exactly where you want to go, sometimes you're at a crossroads. Especially then, it is valuable to be able to spar with someone who has already walked that path. Since 2017, EMS has been helping ambitious entrepreneurs in the Northern Netherlands move forward. The program is based on MIT's successful Venture Mentoring Program in Boston and runs on the “giving back” principle: experienced entrepreneurs are selflessly committed to taking you further, based on an issue that lies within your company.

How does it work?‍

At EMS, you will be provided with two to three experienced mentors, entrepreneurs with a proven track record and diverse areas of expertise.
In group sessions, they think along with you about strategic choices for the short and long term. They not only provide advice, but challenge you to make clear choices for yourself. We will schedule an intake interview with you to see exactly what the issue is within your company. We then pitch this issue to our mentor base and, based on that, the match is created. Conversations can be scheduled according to your own needs.
